  I went to Catherine, after feeling unwell for more than 3 months, soon after my 2nd pfizer injection. I had severe fatigue, breathless , while walking or going up stairs, anxiety and had body aches..
  After numerous tests, blood, heart and body scans. I was told I was very healthy, although definitely didn't feel that way!!!
  It's when I decided to make an appointment with Catherine and within a few weeks, of taking the tonic and vitamins she recommended, I finally started to feel energetic again, happier and healthier..

  Cath is the best Naturopathic Herbilist there is! As much as I don't like being unwell or having a health condition, I feel completely at rest knowing that I have my health being managed and supported by Cath's expertise. She is truly invested in her patients health, and gives you every ounce of her time and attention during your appointment. You never feel rushed, silly or unimportant. Over the 15 plus years that I have been receiving treatment from Cath for different varying health conditions, I have referred numerous friends and family to her, and all have had successful treatments.
  Don't hesitate to make an appointment with her, but instead feel reassured that she will guide you on your best healthcare needs and support you all the way.

  Always feel comfortable talking to Catherine and have the confidence in her guidance and advice. She knows her stuff and continually works hard to further her education in her field.
  
  The tonic is my best friend and she tweaks it every now and then to adapt to my life!
  
  Im often taking about her in conversation and find allot of others connected with my circle use her too.

  Catherine has played an essential role in many of my recoveries over the years. From major surgeries, pregnancies and births, autoimmune disorders and overall general health; she has assisted me in ways no other practitioners have been able to. She has also helped my daughters build up their immune systems with her incredible “tailor made” tonics, and she has never pushed unnecessary products like many other naturopaths I’ve seen have done. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She’s incredible!
